Chicken 1

Orleans Marinade Powder 20g

Honey 20g

olive oil 2 teaspoons

                  COOKING TIPS                 

  • 1. During the baking process, the baking time will be divided into 3 sections. It is recommended to turn over in the middle of the baking process, so that the baking can be more even. Even with a non-turning air fryer, turning the chicken by hand will result in a more even roast.

    2. When marinating, it is recommended to spread the marinade evenly on the chicken body. After spreading the marinade evenly, put it in the refrigerator to keep fresh for about 3 hours, so that the chicken can better absorb the flavor of the marinade.

 


 

🍳 Cooking Method

1. Wash the surface of the fresh chicken you bought back with salt; if you buy chilled chicken, you need to use a 1300W air fryer "45°C, 20 minutes" to thaw first, and then wash it with salt.

2. Spread the prepared seasonings (except honey) evenly on the chicken, then seal the plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours for later use.

3. Adjust the 1300W air fryer to "160°C for 5 minutes" to preheat, then put the marinated chicken in and set "160°C for 20 minutes" and "160°C for 15 minutes" to bake continuously for two periods, turning over halfway once"

4. Take out the roasted chicken, brush it with honey, and put it in the air fryer to bake again at "145°C for 15 minutes".
